Support & Amenities
Custom Medals and Race Shirts
Marathon and half marathon finishers and all relay team members receive a custom medal at the finish line. Participants in the marathon, half marathon and marathon relay receive a technical running shirt (long-sleeve quarter zip for the full marathon and short-sleeve for the half and relay). Women's race shirts are fitted. If you are in between sizes, we recommend moving up one size. Late entries cannot be guaranteed shirt sizes.
Chip Timing
Chip timing is provided for fast and accurate race results.
Aid Stations
Over 300 volunteers are present on the course during the race. Aid stations offering water and sport drink (Powerade) are located every mile and a half after mile 2. The course map provides the locations of the aid stations.
Vanilla bean GU sport gel is offered near mile 17.
Pacers
We anticipate a full pace team again this year. See the Runners Guide for more details.
Restrooms
Toilets are available at approximately every other mile. The course map notes the approximate locations of these portable toilets and park restrooms.
Finish Area
Foil blankets are available to all finishers.
Food and Drink
Provided to participants at the finish area. Refreshments include homemade cookies, bagels, bananas, oranges, chocolate milk, sport drink, and water. Vendors are available in the finish area, providing additional food and drink for participants and spectators.
Post-Race Showers
Available at Anytime Fitness (720 22nd Ave S) and at the Sexauer Park campground (off Western Ave near mile 2 of the race course). Remember to bring your own towel.
